Our proposed method of implementation is to consolidate our efforts around four strategic goals that have been successfully utilized in other counties, states, and parts of the world to safeguard the lives of people to combat the coronavirus pandemic. The strategic goals are centered on four overarching needs. They are:

- A Unified Coronavirus Public Policy
- An Efficient Management and Distribution of Resources
- A Centralized and Multi Layered Communication System
